For over 25 years, I was in the world of education.  I was a teacher, counselor, and a high school administrator.  When I retired to become a real estate agent, I found that my counseling skills were my most important attribute to every transaction.  Being there to listen to my clients as they were buying or selling a house helped them during one of the biggest transactions of their lives.

For 2018 and 2019, I was one of the top two realtors.  Since then, I have been #1 in sales each year.  I was named in the Top 3% in Oakland County for both 2021 and 2022.  It was an honor to be featured in the Real Producers of Oakland County magazine in the December 2022 issue.  In my first 6.5 years, I have sold over $30,000,000 in real estate.

In 2020, I was given the opportunity to become a partner at Oakland Corners Realty.  I feel like it will be a great fit for me.   Not only will I be able to continue working with current and new clients, but I will also be able to train our new salespeople.   

 I always do my homework and research about every house. I love having an answer before my clients ask the question. If I don’t know the answer, I get to work immediately to find out information my clients are looking for.  I am also not afraid to ask questions. 

 I have always been loyal, committed, and determined.   These are characteristics that my parents taught me long ago.  I am proud to say these attributes are very important to me. The time and energy I put into my job are noticed by all of my clients.  

 There is no moment better during my real estate career than seeing my clients smile when the transaction comes to a close.   It is a time for celebration as they venture into their next phase of life.

As a former educator, I place a great deal of importance on educating my clients throughout the entire buying/selling process from start to finish. After 19 years as a high school teacher, I was fortunate to retire and now utilize my invaluable background in education as a real estate agent. My husband, 4 young boys and I moved to Oxford in the fall of 2022, and it changed everything. While we were happy in our old homes, something just never felt right.
